Meet Dr. Callan Martin, DC, CCSP®, ICSC
Dr. Callan Martin is a dedicated sports chiropractor and the owner of Back on Track Chiropractic + Acupuncture in Overland Park, Kansas. With over a decade of experience, he specializes in chiropractic care, sports injury rehabilitation, acupuncture, and advanced soft tissue therapies to help patients recover, move, and perform at their best.
Since earning his Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from Logan University in 2010, Dr. Martin has continuously expanded his expertise. He holds multiple post-graduate certifications, including over 200 hours of acupuncture training, Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP®) certification, Graston Technique, and RockTape Functional Movement Techniques (FMT) certification.
Dr. Martin made history as the first chiropractor in Kansas to earn the International Certificate in Sports Chiropractic (ICSC) certification from the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic (FICS). This elite distinction reflects his advanced training in sports medicine, injury management, and performance optimization at the highest levels of competition.
During his time at Logan University, he trained at the prestigious Biofreeze Rehabilitation Clinic, where he worked with high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. After graduation, he practiced on the East Coast in Virginia, where he earned his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential and volunteered as a strength and conditioning coach at a local high school before returning to the Midwest.
In practice, Dr. Martin takes a comprehensive and patient-centered approach, incorporating chiropractic adjustments, myofascial release, dry needling, shockwave therapy, high-intensity laser therapy, and rehabilitation exercises into personalized treatment plans. Every patient receives hands-on soft tissue therapy to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and improve long-term function.
A lifelong chiropractic patient himself, Dr. Martin understands the impact of chiropractic care on injury prevention and recovery. His personal health journey, which includes losing over 130 pounds after playing football through nutrition and chiropractic-guided training, fuels his passion for helping patients achieve optimal health.
Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, taking part in local sports and cultural events. He remains active in the community volunteering his time to many local and international organizations and is committed to ongoing education to bring the latest advancements in sports medicine, rehabilitation, and holistic healthcare to his patients.

Marcus Lewis, LMT – Licensed Massage Therapist at Back On Track Chiropractic + Acupuncture
Marcus Lewis, LMT, is a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Massage Therapist with over 15 years of expertise in therapeutic bodywork and holistic healing. Specializing in Deep Tissue Therapy, Sports Massage, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, and Body Rehabilitation Therapy, Marcus is dedicated to helping clients achieve optimal physical and mental well-being.
Marcus recently returned to his hometown of Olathe, Kansas, after spending nearly four years in Arizona. He is excited to bring his extensive experience to Back On Track Chiropractic + Acupuncture, where he works alongside a team of highly trained professionals dedicated to pain relief, recovery, and wellness.
A graduate of Heritage University, Marcus has owned and operated Body Wisdom Massage LLC, where he refined his skills in a wide range of massage modalities. His holistic approach to bodywork integrates both Eastern and Western techniques, offering clients customized treatment plans that address chronic pain, muscle tension, injury rehabilitation, stress relief, and overall well-being.

Dakota “Codi” Wilson
Dakota graduated with a B.S. in Kinesiology and has worked in the chiropractic industry for the last nine years.
She thoroughly enjoys the holistic approach to health and wellness. Her passions include nutrition, cycling, yoga, homesteading and photography. Dakota enjoys spending time with her children and husband on their small farm with seven chickens and three dogs. Fun fact: Dakota is a six-time egg donor and has helped couples build families from Kansas City to Singapore.
